◆外観･近辺◆ まだ建築中ですが、少しだけご紹介を致しましょう。 何と超駅近1分!!駅～家までに大型スーパー、銀行、ドラッグストア、本屋有り!!という豪華物件!! ゲストハウスとしてとても素晴らしく、家賃もワンルームタイプで6万円を切り、5万8千円から!!　都内で駅近でこのお値段は驚きですね。Open後すぐに埋まってしまうかもしれないので、見てみたいという方は是非レイズまでお電話下さい。

◆素敵なお部屋◆ さて、肝心なお部屋はロフト付きのワンルームタイプ。ロッソタイプなので、これもまた縦空間をふんだんに使い、ワンルーム特有の狭さと殺風景になりがちなレイアウトをなくし、上下に居住空間を作る事で、飽きが来ない部屋に仕上がります。 窓も大きな窓が設置されているので、天気のいい日にはお日様を浴びて、ぬくぬくしていたいですね。 新しいお部屋に家電･家具ももちろんついています。

◆交通◆ 13分で新宿に行く事ができます。新宿からはたくさん線が走っているので、1時間もあれば、色んな所に出掛けられますね。
