One person type Dormitory + 1％ addition ②Policy of contract duration One year+ 3％addition 6months+ 2％ additon 3months+ 1％addition Example: Two person type dormitory （+2％）+ One year contract（+3％） ＝ +5％ addition One year contract for the room cost￥45,000- Rent￥45,000 × 12months ＝ ￥540,000- × 5％ ＝ ￥27,000
￥27,000 ＝ 27,000 points When you move in next time you can use this points.(New Contract) As a discount in rent when updated.▲￥27,000- will be discounted. B.Monthly Payment The payment time limit is on 25th of every month and only cash payment is allowed.2%of the total amount is calculated as a point.
