寮タイプ1名部屋・・・+1％付加 ②契約期間別ポイント 1年契約・・+3％付加 6カ月契約・・+2％付加 3カ月契約・・+1％付加 例）寮タイプ2名部屋（+2％） + 1年契約（+3％） ＝ +5％付加 家賃￥45,000-のところに1年間住む契約をしました・・・ 家賃￥45,000 × 12カ月 ＝ ￥540,000- × 5％ ＝ ￥27,000
￥27,000 ＝ 27,000ｐｔ 差し上げます。 次回リピーターとしてレイズゲストハウスに入居するとき、 又は更新時の家賃から▲￥27,000-割引いたします。 B.月々支払時の付与 各月末までのお支払い期限を守り、来社での現金支払の方に限り支払 金額の+2％を付与いたします。
