1. When will my application be accepted?
We will give a reply to your application any time after it has been submitted.
2. Is it necessary to provide a guarantor?
No, a guarantor is not required.
3. What kind of documents are needed?
Any official personal identification such as a Passport, Alien Registration Card, or a student ID card.
4. What kind of facilities are provided?
All guest houses air conditioning, television, refrigerator, rice cooker, desk, lamp, hangers, and LAN internet connection.
5. What items do I have to provide when entering the Guest House?
A Futon bedding , toilet paper, and any personal items that you may need. In the event that the guest doesn`t bring his own futon a rental one is offered by our office.
6. Can I use the telephone?
An international IP telephone is provided in each room or common area free of charge (North America and south East-Asia only)
7. Can I use a PC?
A PC is provided in the common area in some locations. If you have your own PC, you can use it directly from your room. You can also rent a PC from us.
8. Who is responsible for cleaning the room?
You are responsible for keeping your own room clean. The common area is cleaned by our staff.
If you have the garbage bags full please take it to the pick-up point.
9. How can I carry out a payment?
Through wire transfer into our company`s account , cash or by Credit card.
10. Is there any restricted time period?
No, you can come and go out anytime, 24 hours.
11. Can I have friends stay overnight?
No. You can receive visitors but they cannot stay overnight.
12. Is it possible to send my personal luggage in advance?
Yes. You can send it to our office directly. In that case, please notify us in advance.
Please do not forget to include your name on each bag.
13. Can the credit card be used?
Yes, We accept :Master Card, Visa Card and American Express Card.
